Ice Cream Cake FAQs
How do I store my Ice Cream Cake?
Ice cream makes must be KEPT FROZEN. They do not need to be taken out the freezer for very long beforehand.
Ideally use a sharp knife to cut them straight from the freezer. If your preference is for it to be slightly softer, then we suggest you place them in the fridge for a short time. As long as it remains frozen then any leftovers can be put back in the freezer for later.
All cakes will have a shelf life of 3 months, with the earliest being dated best before 2 February 2021.
